Feeding
Know which side, and when the next feed is coming.
Baby Leveling Lite times breastfeeds per side with a left and right timer you can pause and switch, logs bottle feeds in ml or fl oz, and suggests which side to start with next. From your last three days it estimates when the next feed is likely, and shows it as an estimate, never a schedule.
How do I track the left and right breast?
Tap Feed, choose a side and the timer starts. Switch sides or pause at any time; the minutes for each side are saved in one feed. Next time, the app suggests starting on the side you didn’t finish on.
The timer keeps running if you put the phone down, and the widget and Apple Watch show it too.
Can I log bottle feeds?
Yes. Log the amount in ml or fl oz, with quick chips for common amounts (60–180 ml or 2–6 fl oz). Today shows the day’s feeds, total millilitres and breastfeeding minutes.
How does it estimate the next feed?
It adds the typical time between feeds over the last three days to the last feed. Gaps over six hours count as missed logs, and it waits for at least three feeds before showing anything.
Can I show my pediatrician the feeding log?
Yes. Insights creates a one-page PDF of the last 30 days, with daily feeds, sleep and diapers and the latest weight and height, that you can AirDrop, mail or message.
