These terms apply when you download or use Baby Leveling Lite (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The app
The app lets you record your baby’s feeds, sleep, diapers, weight and height, view that history, and see estimates based on it. It is offered free of charge with ads, and with an optional one-time in-app purchase that removes the ads.
These terms add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), which also applies to your use of the app. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Not medical advice
The app is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Insights such as “next feed around”, nap windows, averages and growth curves are estimates calculated from the information you entered. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not recommendations for how your baby should feed, sleep or grow.
Always ask your pediatrician or another qualified health professional about your baby’s health, feeding, sleep or growth. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in the app. If you think your baby needs urgent care, call your local emergency number.
Your data
What you log is yours. It is stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device and backups safe. Because we don’t hold a copy of your data, we can’t restore it if it is lost.
Purchases
Remove ads is a non-consumable, one-time purchase made through Apple’s App Store. It removes the ads in the app; it does not unlock other features. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may vary by country.
Payment, refunds and the restoring of purchases are handled by Apple under its terms. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. You can restore the purchase on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID from Settings › Ad-free › Restore purchase.
Advertising
Unless you have bought Remove ads, the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We don’t control the content of every ad and are not responsible for third-party products or websites you reach through an ad.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including by trying to reverse engineer, modify, resell or interfere with it, its ads or its in-app purchase, except where the law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
The app, including its characters, design, text and code, belongs to Baby Leveling or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as set out in the Apple EULA.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature at any time. We try to keep the app working well, but we don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of estimates. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Baby Leveling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app and its in-app purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If the change is significant, we will also tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
