Sleep
Tap when they drift off. Tap when they wake.
Baby Leveling Lite tracks naps and night sleep with a one-tap timer that runs from the app, the Home or Lock Screen widget or Apple Watch. Insights shows a nap window based on your baby’s usual awake time, when night sleep is settling, the longest sleep this week and a 7-day daily rhythm chart.
How do I log a nap?
Tap Sleep when the baby falls asleep and Woke up when they wake. Forgot to start it? Use “Log a past nap” with its start and end time, or edit the times later.
What is a nap window?
It’s an estimate of when the baby will be ready to sleep again: the last wake-up plus their typical awake time over the last three days. It appears after three naps and is hidden while the sleep timer runs.
Can I see sleep patterns over the week?
Yes. Daily rhythm draws the last seven days on a 24-hour line with sleep bars and feed dots, and tells you when night sleep is settling, for example “around 21:30 – 05:15”. This week compares the longest sleep with last week.
Questions
- Does the sleep timer keep running if I close the app?
- Yes. It runs in the widget and on Apple Watch too, and stops from any of them.
- Is it a sleep training program?
- No. It records what happened and shows patterns. It doesn’t set schedules or score your baby’s sleep.
